Our Company Policies are for your convenience.

Refund Policy

All spa service sales are final. No refunds will be issued for services provided or products purchased. If for any reason the product you receive has a manufacturing defect please contact our office to discuss replacement. Used products will not be accepted. Refunds “if applicable“ – The only time we provide a refund of your purchase of a Medical Spa service, is if the purchased/deposited service has yet to be performed and the request is submitted within 30 days of original payment. After 30 days, your deposit/payment is non-returnable. However, the amount may be used in the form of spa credit. Any refund of deposit/payment towards a service warrants immediate cancellation of the associated scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy

I agree to contact my Provider and/or Luxx Medical Aesthetics & Wellness at least 24 hours in advance if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment. I understand that if I fail to cancel or reschedule my appointment within the required 24-hour time frame or fail to attend my appointment without informing my Provider and/or Luxx Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, I will be charged a non-refundable $100 “No-Show” fee. I understand that if I arrive more than 10 minutes late for my appointment, services may not be rendered due to time constraints, or I may need to reschedule my appointment to allow sufficient time for the services.

Deposit Policy

Deposits may be required for certain services. In the event of 2 consecutive cancellations and/or no-shows, forfeiture of your deposit in its entirety will be enforced.
